About this sound pack
61 futuristic interface sounds for games, HUDs, app prototypes, motion graphics and videos. Menu hovers, selects and panel open and close; access granted and denied; data blips, uploads and streams; scanner sweeps, radar pings and target locks; holograms switching on and off with a flicker and a low hum; energy charge, power-up, power-down and shield effects; alerts, klaxons and comms; plus whooshes, warp transitions, an engine hum and an airlock thunk. Everything is synthesized from code (oscillators, FM bells, filtered noise and envelopes), trimmed, faded and peak-normalized to one consistent level. The sounds are original and are not copies of any film, game or franchise.

Questions
Can I use these in a commercial game, app or video?
Yes. Use them in any number of personal and commercial projects (games, apps, websites, videos, streams, podcasts and ads) with no royalties and no credit required.
What can't I do?
You can't resell or give away the sound files themselves, on their own or inside another sound pack or asset library, and you can't register them with a content-identification system. Using them inside your finished product is what they are for.
Are they from a film or game?
No. They are synthesized from scratch in code for this pack. They are in a generic futuristic style and are not recordings or copies of any film, TV show, game or brand.
Which format should I use?
WAV for game engines, video editors and native apps; OGG for the web and Android, where small files matter. Both contain the same sounds.
Are there loops?
No. They are one-shots, mostly well under a second. The hologram hum, engine hum, scan and transition sounds run a few seconds and fade out on their own; you can layer or crossfade them in your editor, but they are not seamless loops.
Is this a subscription?
No. One payment of $12 and the files are yours to keep.
