One-time digital products: refund within 14 days
For one-time digital products (downloadable files, reports, per-file purchases and licence keys for one-time purchases such as Tag Ledger Pro, Cuemend Pro (lifetime), Dimloom Pro (lifetime), Barloom Pro, Sliploom Pro, Labelloom Pro and Listloom Pro), you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price. License keys for one-time purchases (e.g., Tag Ledger Pro) cannot be remotely revoked; if refunded, please stop using the key.
Subscriptions: refund within 14 days of the first payment, then cancel any time
This covers all subscriptions, including software Pro plans (for example the Cuemend Pro monthly and yearly plans and the Dimloom Pro annual plan), browser-extension Pro plans (Draft Rescue Pro, Tableloom Pro and Hueloom Pro), calendar feeds and the All-Access Membership. You can request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it. After that, you can cancel at any time: access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, you will not be charged again, and we do not give partial refunds for later billing periods, except where required by law or where a charge was made in error.

Purchases through third-party marketplaces
If you bought an item through a third-party marketplace (for example Notion's template marketplace, Apify Store, RapidAPI, the Chrome Web Store, WordPress.org, Google Workspace Marketplace, the Wix App Market, the Atlassian Marketplace or Amazon KDP), the refund policy of that platform applies, and refund requests are handled through the platform rather than by Quietcog. The refund rules above apply to purchases made directly from Quietcog. The Chrome Web Store only distributes our free extension installs; paid upgrades such as Draft Rescue Pro are sold directly by Quietcog through Stripe and follow our own refund policy.
WordPress Pro add-on licences
For the annual licences for Retired Product Redirects for WooCommerce Pro and Local Link Checker Pro (1-site and 5-site), you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After that, you can cancel at any time from your Stripe receipt: your key keeps working until the end of the period you paid for plus 7 days, you will not be charged again, and we do not give partial refunds for later billing periods, except where required by law or where a charge was made in error. Because keys cannot be revoked remotely, if you are refunded please stop using the key and remove the add-on. Contact us with your order details as described above.

The business templates and financial models (the individual workbooks and the bundle, delivered as a downloadable zip) are one-time digital products, so the one-time digital product rule above applies: you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price.
