Google Sheets add-ons (Period Roll, Roster Tabs, Tab Stacker and Splitter)

Section last updated: 28 October 2026. These terms apply to the add-ons Period Roll, Roster Tabs and Tab Stacker and Splitter made by Quietcog. They add to the rest of these terms. The limitation of liability, governing law and other general clauses of the main terms apply to the add-ons too.

1. Service. The add-ons are Google Sheets add-ons that create tabs and edit the cells you specify in the spreadsheet you have open. Free features are free. Pro features need a paid subscription.
2. Your spreadsheets are your responsibility. An add-on changes your spreadsheet when you click. Review the preview, and keep Google Sheets version history on; you can restore an earlier version from File → Version history.
3. Subscriptions. Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe (for sales made with Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as the merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT). The price is shown on the add-on's page and at checkout; taxes are handled at checkout. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel through the customer portal link in your Stripe receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow the shared 14-day refund policy (Quietcog refund policy). Your statutory rights are unaffected.
4. License. One Pro subscription covers one Google account email address. You may not share, resell or circumvent the license check.
5. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no reverse-engineering of the license check, and no attempts to overload the license service.
6. Privacy. See the privacy policy (section "Google Sheets add-ons"). Spreadsheet contents are not sent to us.
7. Independence. The add-ons are independent products. They are not made, endorsed or sponsored by Google. Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC.
8. No warranty. The add-ons are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every spreadsheet, or that results suit your accounting, tax or legal needs. Check the output. Google applies its own limits (for example on run time and spreadsheet size) which can stop a run part-way.
9. Changes and ending. We may update the add-ons or these terms; material changes will be announced in the add-on or on this site. We may discontinue an add-on with at least 30 days' notice and a prorated refund for any prepaid period. You may stop using an add-on at any time.

WordPress Pro add-ons (Retired Product Redirects for WooCommerce Pro and Local Link Checker Pro)

Section last updated: October 28, 2026. These terms apply to the WordPress add-ons Retired Product Redirects for WooCommerce Pro and Local Link Checker Pro sold by Quietcog. They add to the rest of these terms, and the general clauses of the main terms apply to them too.

1. What you buy. A software licence key for a Pro add-on plugin, valid for a fixed term, and downloads of the add-on and of a copy of the free plugin it requires. The code of both plugins is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later; the key is what switches the paid features on, and what you pay for is the key, the downloads and support.
2. Term and sites. Licences are annual and renew automatically each year until you cancel through the link in your Stripe receipt. A 1-site licence may be used on one WordPress site; a 5-site licence on up to five WordPress sites that you own or manage. Keys are not locked to a domain, and you agree to use a key only on the number of sites you paid for and not to publish or sell it.
3. Validity and expiry. A key works until the end of the paid period plus 7 days. After a renewal you collect the next key from your key page. When a key expires, or the subscription is cancelled and the period ends, the Pro features stop; the free plugin continues to work. Keys are checked on your site without contacting us, so a key cannot be revoked before it expires; if you are refunded, you agree to stop using the key and remove the add-on.
4. Your site is your responsibility. The add-ons can redirect visitors and change links and menu items on your site. Test on a staging copy and keep a backup before using bulk actions. Redirect and link-check results depend on your site and on third-party sites, and we do not guarantee any search ranking, traffic or sales result.
5. Support and updates. Support is by email at the address on the contact page, on a best-effort basis. There is no automatic update service yet; if we publish a new version, it will be offered for download on your key page.
6. Payment and tax. Payment, tax and renewal are as described in the Terms above (Stripe Managed Payments where it applies). Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
7. No affiliation. Quietcog is not affiliated with or endorsed by Automattic, WooCommerce or WordPress.org. The plugins are provided "as is" under the licence terms of the GPL and the limitation of liability in these terms.

Quietcog Property Signals (Austin weekly permit digest)

These terms apply to the Quietcog Property Signals subscription, in addition to the rest of the Quietcog Terms of Service.

The service

Property Signals is a weekly digest (web page, CSV and, if enabled, email) summarizing commercial public permit records in Austin, Texas: headline counts, top projects by reported value, new construction, activity by area and trade-specific signals. It uses only commercial and industrial records and contains no personal data about individual homeowners. The price is $29 per month, billed by Stripe, and renews automatically each month until canceled.

Data sources and licenses

Records come from the City of Austin Open Data Portal ("Issued Construction Permits"), which lists the data as public domain. Each item links to the official record. Your access to our digest is licensed to you for your own internal business use; you may not resell or republish the digest as your own product.

Not a consumer report, not advice

This data is compiled from public records for informational purposes only. It is not a consumer report under the FCRA and may not be used for credit, insurance, employment, or tenant-screening decisions. It is not investment advice. Verify all information with the original source.

You agree not to use the digest, or any information in it, for any of those purposes, and not to use it to identify, locate or contact individuals.

Accuracy and "as is"

Permit records are created and updated by the City and by applicants. Valuations are applicant-reported and are sometimes blank, placeholders or wrong. Records may be late, incomplete, corrected or removed after we publish. We run automatic checks and withhold an issue if the source data fails them, but the digest is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. Always verify information with the original City record before relying on it.

Your outreach is your responsibility; we never contact leads

"Leads for trades" are signals derived from permit types and scopes. Quietcog never contacts anyone named in, or associated with, a permit record, and the digest does not include personal phone numbers or email addresses. If you choose to contact a business or person you learn about from the digest, you alone are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), do-not-call rules and state laws. We do not guarantee any lead, job or result.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal link provided to you (or by emailing gb1@mail.grokbot.com if you cannot access it); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The unsubscribe link in an issue stops emails only and does not cancel billing. Refunds are handled under the Quietcog refund policy. If a payment fails, access may be paused.

Availability and limits

We may limit the number of subscribers, pause an issue when source data fails our checks, or change or discontinue the product with notice by email or on this page. We may suspend access for misuse, resale or sharing of your private link.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quietcog is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business arising from use of the digest, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months before the claim.

Quietcog Corporate Signals (SEC Form D filings)

These terms apply to the Quietcog Corporate Signals web pages and free sample API, in addition to the rest of the Quietcog Terms of Service.

The service

Corporate Signals shows company-level information from public Form D filings on SEC EDGAR, with links to the official filings. It does not include the names of individuals. In the current launch phase there is no paid plan and no sign-up; email delivery and paid plans may be offered later, and these terms will be updated first.

Information only, not advice

The information is provided for general information. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation of any security. Quietcog is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Verify every item against the original SEC filing before you rely on it.

Accuracy and "as is"

Filings are prepared by the filers and can be late, incomplete, amended or wrong. We run automatic checks and withhold a day of data if it fails them, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to identify, locate or contact individuals, or to overload it with automated requests. We may limit or block access that does.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quietcog is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business arising from use of the service.

Business templates and financial models (Quietcog Business Templates & Models)

They add to the rest of these terms, and the general clauses of the main terms, including the disclaimer and limitation of liability, apply to them too.

1. What you buy. A downloadable zip containing one or more spreadsheet files (.xlsx), a user guide and a copy of the licence. Each file opens with example data for a fictional business that you replace with your own.
2. Licence. You may be one person or one business. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the files for your own internal personal or business purposes. People who work for your business may use them for its internal purposes. The full text is in the LICENSE.txt file in your download.
3. No resale or sharing. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files, in original or modified form, free or paid. That includes uploading them to a template site, marketplace, file-sharing service or public link, bundling them into another product, course or template pack, offering them as your own product, or using one copy to serve several clients or businesses. A firm or commercial licence is available on request from gb1@mail.grokbot.com.
4. What you create is yours. The numbers, forecasts, reports and charts you produce with your own data belong to you, and you may share them with your bank, accountant, partners or investors.
5. Not advice. Educational tool only. The templates are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional. Results depend on the information and assumptions you enter; check the numbers before you rely on them.
6. AI-assisted; errors are possible. The templates were written largely by an AI assistant working under the direction of Quietcog and checked with automated tests. Please report errors to gb1@mail.grokbot.com.

They add to the rest of these terms, and the general clauses of the main terms, including the disclaimer and limitation of liability, apply to them too.

1. What you buy. A downloadable zip containing PDF worksheet packs (complete, worksheets-only and answer-keys-only PDFs) or the Worksheet Generator Workbook (.xlsx), a README and a copy of the licence.
2. Licence: one classroom or one household. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files with your own students (one teacher, one classroom) or your own children (one household). You may print as many copies as you need for that use, make backup copies, and use worksheets made with the generator workbook in the same way. The full text is in the LICENSE.txt file in your download.
3. No resale or sharing. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files or any worksheet or answer key from them, in original or edited form, free or paid. That includes uploading them to a marketplace, teacher-resource site, file-sharing service or public link, posting them online where others can download them, including them in another product, course, curriculum or pack, or giving copies of the files themselves to other teachers, classrooms or households. A school, team or co-op that wants to share them more widely can ask for a multi-classroom licence at gb1@mail.grokbot.com.
4. Practice material only. The worksheets are practice material, not a test or assessment. They are not connected to, approved by or endorsed by any publisher, curriculum, test or school program.
5. AI-assisted; errors are possible. The packs are AI-assisted. The problems and answers come from arithmetic rules and are checked by a separate program, but errors are still possible. Please report them to gb1@mail.grokbot.com.
6. Compatibility. A standard .xlsx file with formulas only and no macros, checked in LibreOffice Calc. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Microsoft or Google. The text in the files is set in the Nunito font under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

1. What you buy. A downloadable zip containing Word templates (SOPs, meeting kit) or Excel workbooks (project plan and Gantt, OKR tracker, content calendar), a start-here guide and a copy of the licence. The bundle contains all five.
2. Licence: one person or one business. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the files for your own personal use and your own internal business use, on your own devices, including backup copies. People who work or volunteer for your business or organisation may use them for its internal purposes. The documents you create by filling in the files are yours and you may share those finished documents with your team, clients, members and funders. 3. No resale or sharing. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files, in original or modified form, free or paid. 1. What you buy. A downloadable zip containing PDF score sheets and/or .xlsx workbooks, a short guide and a copy of the licence. The workbooks contain no macros; the example copies use fictional teams and players that you replace with your own.
2. Licence. You may be one person, one household, one class, one club or one business. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own games, leagues, classes, clubs, events and fundraisers, to print as many copies of the score sheets as you need for them, and to modify the workbooks for your own use. 4. What you create is yours. The brackets, schedules, standings and scores you produce with your own data belong to you, and you may share them with your players, members, school or community.
5. Games, rules and trademarks. Game and sport names are generic names of traditional games and sports. Quietcog is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher, league, sports body, tournament organizer or fantasy platform. Scoring reminders are common summaries, not official rules; follow the rules of your own game, league or venue.
6. Organizing tool only; no gambling. The products are for organizing games and keeping scores. They have no betting, wagering, pool or prize-money features and are not intended for gambling. You are responsible for following the laws and the rules of your venue, school or league.
7. As is. The files are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Check brackets, schedules and standings against your own rules before relying on them. 8. Spreadsheet apps. The workbooks are standard .xlsx files (no macros) that use only common spreadsheet functions. They have been checked in LibreOffice Calc; other spreadsheet apps have not been tested, so we cannot promise how they will open or calculate there. The download includes an untested how-to note, OPENING-IN-OTHER-APPS.txt. The files are independent products and are not made, endorsed or sponsored by any software company.

Garden calendars, frost-date products and journals (Quietcog Garden Calendars)

These terms apply to the frost-date workbook, regional calendar packs, garden journal, seed starting log, the free sample and the bundle sold as Quietcog Garden Calendars. They add to the rest of these terms, and the general clauses of the main terms, including the disclaimer and limitation of liability, apply to them too.

1. What you buy. A downloadable zip containing a spreadsheet (.xlsx), printable PDFs (Letter and A4) and/or CSV files, a README, a licence and a source and citation file. The bundle contains nine downloads.
2. Licence. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and print the files for your own household, your own garden or one classroom, and to edit the spreadsheet files for your own use. The notes, plans and records you make are yours. The full text is in the LICENSE.txt file in your download.
3. No resale or sharing. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files, in original or modified form, free or paid. That includes uploading them to a marketplace, template site, file-sharing service or public link, bundling them into another product, or using them for several clients, schools or businesses. 4. Data source. Frost and freeze dates come from NOAA NCEI U.S. Climate Normals 1991-2020 (Annual/Seasonal), a U.S. Government work in the public domain: Palecki, M., Durre, I., Applequist, S., Arguez, A., Lawrimore, J. (2021), doi:10.25921/4ek7-fk11. The public-domain status of the NOAA data does not extend to Quietcog's layout, text, formulas and design. Quietcog is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NOAA or the National Weather Service. Quietcog processed the station files, and any processing errors are ours.
5. Historical statistics, not a forecast. The dates are historical averages and probabilities from 1991-2020 station records. Actual frost and freeze dates vary from year to year and from yard to yard. Nothing in the products is a prediction or a guarantee of any date. Planting windows are generic offsets from historical dates and are not agricultural or horticultural advice. Follow your seed packet, your local extension office and the current weather forecast.
6. AI-assisted. These products are AI-assisted, so errors are still possible; please report them to gb1@mail.grokbot.com.
7. As is. The files are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Quietcog's total liability for any claim relating to the files is limited to the price you paid, and Quietcog is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, plants lost to a freeze).
8. Compatibility. The workbook and the seed log spreadsheet are standard .xlsx files, checked in LibreOffice Calc. They use common functions and no macros. Other spreadsheet apps may display them differently.

Open reference data packs (Quietcog Open Reference Data)

Section last updated: October 28, 2026. These terms apply to the downloadable data packs sold as Quietcog Open Reference Data. They add to the rest of these terms, including the general clauses of the main terms.

1. What you buy. A downloadable zip with cleaned, joined reference data in CSV, JSON and SQLite, documentation (a data dictionary for every column), a licence and attribution file, and the scripts that built it. The data come from public-domain or CC0 sources named in each pack (U.S. Census Bureau, OurAirports, Wikidata, Natural Earth).
2. Licence to Quietcog's compilation. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, copy and modify the compilation, documentation and scripts for any purpose, including commercial use in your own projects, products and analyses. You may not resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute the pack, or its documentation, in original or lightly modified form as a standalone dataset or competing data product. Nothing here restricts what you may do with the underlying public-domain / CC0 source data, which you can always get from the original publishers.
3. Not official, not endorsed. Quietcog is independent. The packs are not produced, certified, sponsored or endorsed by the U.S. Census Bureau, the USPS, OurAirports, Wikidata or the Wikimedia Foundation, Natural Earth or any other source. ZIP Code Tabulation Areas (ZCTAs) are Census approximations and are not USPS ZIP Codes.
4. No personal data. The packs contain geographic, aggregate and reference data only. Do not use them to try to identify any individual.
5. No warranty, not for safety-critical use. The data are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or currency. Airport and geographic data are not for navigation or any safety-critical, legal or eligibility decision. To the extent permitted by law, Quietcog's total liability for a claim relating to a pack is limited to the price you paid for it.
6. Editions. Each pack is a dated edition (for example 2026.10). A refreshed edition is a separate product.

Digital planners (Quietcog Digital Planners)

These terms apply to the digital planner PDFs sold as Quietcog Digital Planners (the 2027 Hyperlinked Planner, Weekly Minimalist 2027, Undated Notebook & Habit Pack, Academic Planner 2027-28 and the bundle). They add to the rest of these terms, and the general clauses of the main terms, including the disclaimer and limitation of liability, apply to them too.

1. What you buy. A downloadable zip of PDF planner files (tablet editions with internal hyperlinks and bookmarks, and home-print editions in US Letter and A4), a how-to-use guide, a short readme and a copy of the licence.
2. Personal-use licence. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself: open them on your own devices, write in and annotate them, duplicate pages in your own copy, back them up, and print as many copies as you need for your own personal or household use. One purchase is for one person. The full text is in the LICENSE.txt file in your download.
3. No resale or sharing. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or give away the files, edited or not, whole or in part. That includes template sites, marketplaces, file-sharing services and public links, bundling them into another product, template pack or listing, and distributing copies to a class, team or customers. Please buy another copy for each additional person. A group or commercial licence is available on request from gb1@mail.grokbot.com.
4. What you write is yours. Your handwriting, notes and plans in your own copy belong to you. Quietcog keeps the copyright in the layouts, designs and text.
5. Compatibility. The tablet files are standard PDFs with internal hyperlinks and bookmarks, designed to work in PDF annotation apps that support hyperlinks. Behaviour differs between apps and versions and we cannot test every app, so we do not guarantee that links work in a particular app. The files were checked in several independent PDF engines. Quietcog is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any app maker.
6. Dates and advice. Dates were checked by script against a standard calendar; please check any date that matters to you. The planners are organisational tools with blank trackers and are not medical, health, financial, legal or educational advice.
7. AI-assisted. The layouts and written content of these products were generated in code with AI assistance.
8. As is; liability. The files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Quietcog's total liability for any claim relating to a planner is limited to the price you paid for it, and Quietcog is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

1. What you buy. A downloadable zip containing PDF files (student pages, answer key and a how-to-use guide, each in US Letter and A4), a copy of the licence and a README.

Larger sets are delivered as several ZIP parts; each part has its own README, so download every part listed on your download page. Nothing is shipped and no physical print is sold.
2. Licence: personal use. You may print the files for your own home, office or gifts, as many times as you like. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, and you may not sell prints made from them. The artworks themselves are public domain; what you pay for is the selection and print preparation.
