About this product
A printable regional pack built on NOAA's 1991-2020 U.S. Climate Normals. It covers AL, FL, GA, KY, NC, SC, TN, VA and WV. In the mild parts of this region freezes are only occasional, so the pack marks stations with almost year-round freeze-free seasons and explains how to read them. Find the station nearest your garden, read its historical last spring freeze and first fall freeze at three risk levels, then use generic planting offsets. The CSV lists every usable station. Dates are historical statistics, not a forecast.
