1. Your label PDFs
Use labels you have already bought from your carrier or marketplace; Labelloom does not buy labels, calculate postage or talk to any carrier. Each PDF page is treated as one label. Labelloom only rearranges them: it never reads, edits or extracts the address, and it adds no customs content.
2. Layout
Labels are always placed at 100% scale. Labelloom turns and positions a whole label; it never shrinks or enlarges it, never stretches it, and never crops through the label itself. If a label does not fit the space, you are told and nothing is shrunk. Crop only picks the smallest box that still holds everything printed on the page, plus the margin; the margin you choose is kept equal on all four sides. If the artwork is closer to the page edge than the margin, so that the margins could not be equal, that page is left uncropped. FedEx asks for at least 0.10 in (2.6 mm) of white space around a barcode, so keep the margin at 2.6 mm or more unless the label's own border already provides it.
3. Preview and download
Free version: Letter or A4, one label per page, one file, and up to 5 labels per run. Pro adds batches of any size, 2-up half sheets, merging several files and 4 x 6 pages.
Download, then open the PDF in your PDF viewer and print from there. The preview below is only a screen preview; the downloaded file contains the original vector and image content of your labels, not this preview.

Privacy
Labelloom has no server, no account, no analytics, no cookies and no third-party scripts. Your label PDFs, and the names and addresses on them, are read and rearranged in this page and never leave your device; the PDFs are not saved, even in this browser. Labelloom does not extract, analyse or store the text on your labels. Your layout choices (output, rotation, position, margins, crop and cut-mark settings) and, if you buy Pro, your license key are stored only in your browser's local storage; clearing site data removes them. The file you download is created on your device; it is named labelloom-sheet.pdf and its document properties hold only "Labelloom" as producer and creator, the title "Labelloom sheet" and the creation date; nothing is copied from your source file's properties. The page's content-security policy (connect-src 'none') blocks network requests made by the page's own scripts. The only time anything leaves your device is when you choose to buy Pro: the buy button opens Stripe's checkout page, and Quietcog's license service then confirms the payment with Stripe and shows you a key; it does not use, log or store your email or other customer details. The key is checked on your device against a public key; nothing is sent. No label data is ever part of that. Labelloom privacy policy. Refunds: 14 days, see the refund policy.
Good to know
- Labelloom rearranges label PDFs you already have. It does not buy postage or labels, does not connect to any carrier, and does not handle customs forms or paperwork.
- It is your responsibility to print at 100% / Actual size and follow your carrier's current label requirements. Labelloom does not guarantee that a printed label will scan or be accepted, and it has no carrier approval. Print a test label at Actual size and scan it before you rely on it.
- Most desktop printers cannot print within about 4 to 6 mm of the paper edge. Keep labels clear of the edge (use the margin setting) and check a test print.
- Only the page's printed content is carried over. Form fields, links and other interactive parts of a PDF are not.
- The on-screen preview may show a different font or slightly different rendering than your PDF viewer when a label PDF does not embed its fonts. The downloaded file is not affected.
- Labelloom is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Their names are used only to cite their public guidance.
