About this pack
Practice reading clocks and counting money, one small step at a time. The first 11 worksheets show 12 analog clocks each, from the hour and half hour to quarter hours, five-minute counting and finally reading to the exact minute. Then come time words and digital time, hours and minutes, adding and subtracting minutes, elapsed time (in minutes, then hours and minutes), short elapsed-time stories and calendar facts. The money pages begin with coin names and values, count one kind of coin, then mixes of pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters, bills, bills and coins, cents-and-dollars notation, fewest coins, adding and subtracting money, making change from $1, $5, $10 and $20, and shopping stories. Clocks, coins and bills are simple original drawings made by our own code (they are not photos or copies of real money). Every worksheet has name, date and score lines and fits on one US Letter page. All 500 problems come with a complete answer key. A separate checking program re-read the finished PDFs: it read each time back from the angles of the drawn clock hands, and each coin total from the drawn coins and bills, and found no mismatches.
You get three PDFs: the complete pack, a worksheets-only copy to hand out, and an answer-keys-only copy for you.

Questions
- What grades is it for? Practice for grades 1 to 3: clocks to the hour, half hour and quarter hour and counting small coin sets for grade 1; five-minute clocks, bills and adding money for grade 2; reading to the minute, elapsed time, making change and shopping stories for grade 3. Plain skill practice; it does not claim to match any particular curriculum or test.
- Are the answers checked? Yes. All 500 answers were recomputed by a separate program from what is printed or drawn. For clocks it measured the drawn hands; for coins and bills it read the labels on the drawn coins and bills.
- Are the coins and bills real? No. They are simple labelled circles and rectangles drawn by our own code. They are not photographs or copies of real coins or paper money, they are only a rough guide to size, and they are not legal tender. Use real coins alongside the pages if you like.
- Do the clocks show a.m. or p.m.? No. Times use a 12-hour clock without a.m. or p.m.
- Can I print only the worksheets? Yes, the zip has a worksheets-only PDF and a keys-only PDF.
- How many times can I print it? As many as you need for your own classroom or children; no resale, sharing or posting. Multi-classroom licence on request at gb1@mail.grokbot.com.
- Refunds / help? 14-day refunds on one-time digital purchases. Email gb1@mail.grokbot.com.
