Listloom: Privacy Policy

Last updated October 27, 2026

Listloom is a browser-based tool that maps the columns of a product spreadsheet you already have onto the column order of a template you download from your marketplace and provide, and writes the result as a CSV or tab-delimited file. Publisher: Quietcog (a sole-proprietor business name). Contact: gb1@mail.grokbot.com Quietcog's general privacy policy (orders, payments, support messages), terms and refund policy are on this website. This page describes what Listloom itself does. It is written in plain language and is not legal advice.

What stays on your device

Listloom runs entirely in your browser. The template and product files you load, and every row, price, description, SKU and other value in them, are read and rearranged in the page and never leave your device: they are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are kept in the page's memory only, not saved in your browser's storage. Closing or reloading the page forgets them. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party scripts, and the Listloom page and our license service set no cookies (Stripe's hosted checkout page is run by Stripe and may use its own). If you save a mapping profile, your browser's local storage on your own device keeps, under the name listloom.v1, the profile name, the column names from your template's header row, and your rules for each column: the source column names you chose, any fixed text, lookup tables, prefixes, suffixes, default values and options you typed, plus your export options (format, line endings, byte-order mark, formula protection, keeping rows above the header). Because you type those values yourself, check that you do not put anything private into a fixed value or lookup table. Your product rows are never part of a profile. If you buy Pro, your license key is saved there too, under listloom.license. Clearing the site's data removes them. The profile and options also leave the page only if you choose to download a profile file. The page's content-security policy (connect-src 'none') tells the browser to block network requests made by the page's own scripts, and our automated tests check both that policy and that the page makes no external requests.

The file you download is created on your device and is named listloom-export.csv, listloom-export.tsv or listloom-export.txt. It contains the values from your own spreadsheet, so keep and dispose of it as you would any other business data. Listloom does not connect to any marketplace, does not log in to, scrape or automate any marketplace site, and includes no marketplace template, category list or attribute list. You upload the exported file yourself.

What is sent over the network

Nothing, unless you choose to buy Listloom Pro. The free version makes no network requests of its own. If you click the Buy button, your browser opens our license service (a small Cloudflare Worker) and then Stripe's hosted checkout page. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy; Stripe collects your email, billing and payment details to complete the purchase, and we can see purchase records, including your email, in our Stripe account. After you pay, the license service asks Stripe whether that checkout session was paid and, if so, shows you a license key. The response the license service receives from Stripe is the full checkout session record, which includes your email and name. The license service does not use, log or store your email, name or other customer details, and never receives your card number. It uses only the payment status and the price. The key contains a product code, a license type, a one-way hash of your Stripe checkout session identifier and an issue date, and no personal content; it is checked on your device against a public key, with no request sent. Like any web request, the buy and order pages are requested from your IP address. No template, product or listing data is ever part of any request.

Your listings and marketplace rules

Listloom only copies and reshapes the data you give it. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for following the policies and file requirements of every marketplace you use. Listloom does not know any marketplace's rules, does not check your listings against them, and does not guarantee that a file will be accepted. Listloom gives no pricing, tax or legal advice. Etsy, eBay and Amazon are named only to say where you can download a template or listing file and to cite their public help pages; Listloom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or tested or approved by them.

Purchases and refunds

Listloom Pro is a one-time license (lifetime, no renewal). Under the refund policy, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price; contact us with the email used for your order. A license key cannot be remotely revoked, so if refunded, please stop using the key. Where Stripe is the merchant of record, the refund is issued through Stripe.

Questions and requests

Contact gb1@mail.grokbot.com Order records are held in our Stripe account; you can ask us to access or delete them. Because the app itself collects nothing, there is nothing else for us to delete.
