About this product
A printable regional pack built on NOAA's 1991-2020 U.S. Climate Normals. It covers CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VT (Washington, D.C. has no usable station in the NOAA data). Find the station nearest your garden in the printed tables, read its historical last spring freeze and first fall freeze at three risk levels, then use the generic planting offsets to plan your year. The CSV lists every usable station in the region. Dates are historical statistics, not a forecast.
What you get

Questions
- Is this a frost forecast? No. The dates are historical statistics and the pack says so on every page.
- Which states are in the Northeast pack? CT, DE, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI and VT. D.C. is part of the region but NOAA has no usable station for it.
- Will my town be listed? The printed tables show a spread-out selection; the CSV has every usable station in the region, so search it for your town or the closest one.
- Do I need the workbook as well? No, the pack stands alone. The workbook adds a pick-your-station calendar for the whole U.S.
- Refunds? One-time digital products can be refunded within 14 days; see the refund policy.
