1. Your template (its header row)
Or paste the template's header row (or the whole file)
Download the template yourself from your own seller account, and save it as CSV or tab-delimited text first (Listloom does not open .xlsx files). Only the header row is used for the column names and their order; any example rows below it are not copied. Listloom ships no marketplace template, category list or attribute list.
2. Your product spreadsheet
Or paste the product table
Listloom reads your file as it is. It only splits it into columns; it does not clean, fix or de-duplicate anything. Completely empty lines are skipped. Your product data is kept in memory only and is never saved, not even in this browser.
3. Map the columns
For each template column choose a source column from your spreadsheet, or Text to type a fixed value or combine columns with placeholders such as {Title} - {SKU}, or leave it (blank). Under Options you can trim, change case, use a lookup table, add a prefix or suffix, set a default value, or cut to a maximum length. Steps always run in that order. A saved profile keeps the template's column names and your rules, never your products.
4. Preview and export
When protection is on, a cell that starts with =, +, -, @, a tab or a carriage return gets a leading apostrophe (') so Excel or Google Sheets will not run it as a formula. Plain numbers such as -5 are left alone. If a value really must start with one of those characters, turn protection off and check the file yourself. The header row and any rows kept from the template are copied as they are.
Free version: 1 saved profile and the first 25 rows per export. Pro removes these limits.
You are responsible for your listings. Check every value in the exported file, and follow the policies and file requirements of the marketplace you upload to. Listloom does not check your listings against any marketplace rule.

Privacy
Listloom has no server, no account, no analytics, no cookies and no third-party scripts. Your template and product files are processed in this page and never leave your device; they are not saved, even in this browser. Your saved mapping profiles (the profile name, the template's column names, and your rules: the source column names, fixed values, lookup tables, prefixes, suffixes and options you typed), your export options and, if you buy Pro, your license key are stored only in your browser's local storage; clearing site data removes them. The page's content-security policy (connect-src 'none') blocks network requests made by the page's own scripts. The only time anything leaves your device is when you choose to buy Pro: the buy button opens Stripe's checkout page, and Quietcog's license service then confirms the payment with Stripe and shows you a key; it does not use, log or store your email or other customer details. The key is checked on your device against a public key; nothing is sent. No template, product or listing data is ever part of that. Listloom privacy policy. Refunds: 14 days, see the refund policy.
Good to know
- Listloom is a column mapper. It copies and reshapes your own data into the column order of the template you provide. It does not know any marketplace's required fields, category rules, allowed values or limits, so it cannot tell you whether a file will be accepted. Always check the marketplace's own validation.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing and for following each marketplace's policies and file requirements. Listloom gives no pricing, tax or legal advice.
- Listloom does not include or redistribute any marketplace template, category tree or attribute list. It makes no calls to any marketplace, and it does not log in to, scrape or automate any marketplace site. You upload the exported file yourself.
- Listloom is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or tested or approved by Etsy, eBay or Amazon. Their names are used only to describe where you get a template. No compatibility is claimed.
- Etsy's Help Center says Etsy has no way to bulk upload new listings (it offers a bulk edit tool, copying a listing, and a download of your listing data as CSV). Listloom does not claim an Etsy import. It can still reshape your own spreadsheet into any column layout you load, such as the layout of the listing CSV you download from Etsy.
- Amazon and eBay templates are often Excel files with extra tabs or rows. Save the template tab as CSV or tab-delimited text before loading it, and set the header row number if the column names are not in row 1.
